Great place to buy a vehicle. My wife and I bought I car from Premium Auto Group several years ago. The car was great ,ran exceptionally good..The service was so good my wife and I came right back to get a newer model and was given an even greater deal than the first one we recieve....Great experience with this dealership I recommend anyone that needs great dealership that give you great service to stop by,they won't be disappointed. Love my new Jeep !
Turned up to the dealerhsip without warning, after 2 very dissapointing visits to other larger dealers in the area. Was met by freindly staff who were not pushy at all and gave us space to look and discuss. We very quickly agreed a good trade-in price for my old Merc. He was honest and straight and I felt growing confidence in going forward on the sale, we sat down talked about pricing for the car, told him what i could do, he agreed and put in a warranty on top and i drove home with the Challenger after 1 hour of walking in. Overall very freindly, polite, non-pushy and honest, with very fair prices, my best dealership experience yet. When i go to get a next vehicle this will be the first place i try, i usually stay away from smaller dealerships, but these guys beat even the big guys on service and pricing and making you feel valued.
When we moved to Houston, we needed a second vehicle. We visited a number of dealers, new, used, etc and then we drove by these guys. They looked like our kind of dealer, the cars and trucks were in visibly good condition and there was very little pressure when we entered. Seems to be a father-son family type of business, and it shows in how they do business. I was honest with them about our budget and they worked with us on price to get the deal done. I walked out feeling that everything was fair.
When it came time for another vehicle, I told my wife that there was only one place I wanted to go. Again we had an honest conversation about budgets and trade in values and in less than 3 hours my wife and I drove away in our new (to us) truck.
Long story short, this dealership is definitely a diamond in the rough! Even though we're moving away from the area, I'm still going to keep them in mind for a future purchase!
